Eric Spinger Uses AFBF Workout Program to Transform Body Despite Handicap

Eric had been in a car accident several years before, and had injured some of the nerves that provide shoulder and arm function. The damage that was done was permanent and as a result, Eric had limited use of his left shoulder. There was a very noticeable atrophy and stooped shoulder appearance you can see pretty clearly from his after photo, which if you look closely is not as developed as his right shoulder.

That’s so inspiring. Being handicap should not hinder what we want to do in life. We should believe on ourselves first before others do. Eric keep it up.

Very inspiring article and I really believe that as what Hannah says there is no excuse either your handicap or not as long as you believe in yourself and as long as you can do it:)

I assume you are talking about drinking coffee and taking a supplement to reduce abdominal fat? Sign me up! Abdominal fat is nagging and so difficult to get rid of.

Hope you don’t mind me going a little off topic, but I was curious as to what extent you have found keywordluv has helped you get more comments…and if they are good comments or just thank you for the post type comments. I found when using this plugin I got a whole heap of “Thanks” type rubbish which didn’t add to my blog at all…it sure did get a lot more people making comments though!
