Hi Harry, The 18th sounds good looking forward to the body maps and learning more about what and how to eat. Thats one of my problems in the past exercise, work out but not knowing the right carbs from the bad and when. Let me have a list of what i need and put me down for a ripwire. I want all my suppliments, vitamins, ammino acids before i start i am serious about this. At 48 you put a spark in my heart and im going for it. I want to do a before and after picture. Let me know everything i need and i have a few ? on different types of fish ect. You look good, proud of ya keep pumping iron. Thanks Harry
