		<description>When you&#039;re at your new gym, make sure you get a member of staff to analyse you for your injuries or any physical conditions, they can test you and your capabilities, before you embark on a programme that will not injure you or overtrain you and you can achieve some good results without pain or interruption.</description>

		<description>Choosing the right gym is definately very important, when I moved back to my hometown there were new health clubs, gyms and centres everywhere that had recently sprung up. The fees were high and although what they offered was pretty good,much of it wasn&#039;t necessary to go and train to lose weight (it included joining fees, contracts for minimum memberships). I prefer gyms that have what you need and not too many extras, good help from fitness staff and at a good price. I&#039;m happy with my gym now, and believe you need to be happy with the place you are training in :)</description>

		<description>I’m 45 and I’ve have had tendinitis in my knees on and off for over the last 20 years. The original injury was caused by overtraining (being naive and new to weight training, the trainer set the weights too high on the leg press machine, which I did not question). I eventually gave up tennis and running. Most recently, cycling followed by a return trip to the gym has reinjured them. I need to exercise to reduce my risk for heart disease but I feel like I am up against a no win scenario.</description>
