Easter and Your New Weight Loss Diet?

Fortunately, you have me here to remind you about that new weight loss diet you said you were going to start at the New Year.
Here’s what I’ve found in the past 20 years of being in this fitness game… the only thing that matters is to never quit.
So who cares if you had the greatest plans to make “this” year your year for a new body but you haven’t made any progress towards that since the beginning of the year. So what if your plans to start that new weight loss diet never materialized. What really matters is will you stop trying to get there? Because when you stop trying then that’s the end.
If you read the above article link I provided, you’ll see although most people can initially commit to an exercise and diet program, it’s the “sticking to” the program part that is the hard part.
I realize this… heck, even I have suffered letdowns in the past as well.
So I studied why this was so.
I discovered it’s our “mental programming” that causes us to do whatever it is we do. We form habits, typically from patterns and experiences we learned as a child. Then we’re locked into those patterns for the rest of our lives. If they’re negative patterns then we could be stuck in an endless pattern of an unproductive, unfullfilled life.
UNLESS… you change your mental programming.
But How?
I’ve been experimenting with hypnosis for a little while now. Hypnosis, by the way, is now a recognized field of practice by the AMA (American Medical Association). It’s been used to cure all kinds of neuroses, fears, and bad habits.
