Successful Ustream Debut!
ByThanks to all those that came out for my Ustream debut!
I hope I was able to pass on some information that was useful to you.
For a semi-replay of the event (I forgot to hit the record button until halfway in) please go to:
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/body-by-harry-show
Here’s another link I said I would provide. This is my EXACT diet I used to transform by body. I entered info into this diary religiously from Oct 17th, when I started, to Nov 25th (when I left for my multi-week trip).

I talked about Krill Oil (NKO brand). Said it was better than regular fish oil (it is). It’s all over the internet, search and ye shall find. Use Google’s FROOGLE… it will find the cheapest seller of it.
For those that attended let me know what you thought… what can be improved… more questions please.
THIS MONDAY (Dec 14) IS THE SCHEDULED DATE FOR MY NEXT USTREAM EVENT. I’m planning on having it again at 8:45 pm EST UNLESS you convince me this time is not good.
See you then!

Hey Harry,
Good show, was only able to watch a few minutes tho because of connection issues at my end. Plus I worked during live show but I just thought I comment and say good on ya. Hopefully I can sort out a faster connection to watch the ustream in the future.
Cheers,
Jarrard

Great Show! Very informative and I learned something new (Krill Oil and the detrimental effects of High Fructose Corn Syrup!)
I guess I’ll have to be more careful about what I choose for my high cal days.
I will try and tune in on Monday.
When will you be announcing the folks you will be coaching?

I enjoyed the broadcast Harry. Overall it was great, you had great energy for it. One improvement that might help you as well as the watchers is if people sent their questions in ahead of time. If you had a few questions a day or so in advance you could prepare your answers and time line better. I really did enjoy watching though. Thanks for the show!

Harry i was able to veiw your show and it was very valuable information got several pages of notes, just need to put in order. It sounds like its a program i can do. just like the old days of counting calories and watching your intake. For some thier is calorie books today that tells you what certain foods are real easy. The carb day blows me away all new to me. Works for you it will work for me. Your long time researching and studying has payed off and im glad i have the oppertunity to go for it one last time and stay with it. I body built several years and amature competition. Now 48 and trying it again my family say im crazy to old that i will hurt myselve. Now more than ever you put a bigger spark in my heart. All my weights and machine are ready for action and with your help i will look better than i did in the 80s. Thanks for having that big heart, i will be at the next show. The computer is somewhat better for now maybe it needs to go on your program? Ha Ha

Hi Hank!
Congrats on your accomplishment! You look awesome! Okay, I’ve been following the max fat loss diet, bought a nutritional scale, keep a strict food diary, really took your first chapters on visualization seriously. I’m trying to give myself every advantage to help me succeed.
After rereading the course a few times I have several questions for you.
1) Beyond Genetic’s high carb days seem pretty strict in terms of the calorie intake it prescribes. No matter what your LMMass there doesn’t seem to be too much difference in the recommendations for the low calorie days. Then on the carb up days, you really customize for tons of 10 lb Lean Mass groups. If it is that important to watch your calorie intake on the high carb days, then where does “carte blanche” enter the picture?
2) You mention in the program that any good carb up meal should be 70/15/15 carbs/proteins/fats. Checking out your food diary for your recent challenge it seems like your fat content on some days was pretty high. Not only that but you even tripled up on high carb days at one point. Your results were still phenomenal too despite the deviations. What is there to understand here?
3) You say not to use Mass Aminos or Ultra 40 tabs on the carb up days. Why is that? I’m 10% bodyfat already and would like to work a bit more on gaining lean muscle mass. I would have thought a pre workout shake with hydrolyzed whey and some high glycemic sugars would have perfectly fit the bill for a high carb day. Ignoring what my bodyfat is for a second, why would it ever be bad to take those on carb up days?
4) In your Ustream presentation you mention staying away from corn syrups because they lead to lipogenesis. That tip is so huge! No question here just want to thank you in case you didn’t realize how massively great this info was.
5) I’m one of the lucky souls who can drink a strongly hydrolyzed protein straight (520 Dalton average molecular weight) and actually like the taste (though everyone . Is there some way I should incorporate extra hydrolysates into my diet to take advantage of that?
Thanks so much for your help.
One last thing. If you ever consider launching an affiliate program, I thought you should know that at least for myself, and I am betting a lot of others, would be proud to promote your program. I read through some of your old message board posts that you included with the program, and it’s obvious how much you want to help people. In case it wasn’t already clear, let me thank you again for working so hard to make this information available and inspire so many.
My absolute best,
Fred + Denise
