		<description>If I was to be brutally honest I think people just don&#039;t care anymore, I mean I see fat people taking lifts when there are stairs, and complaining of no time, there is time but you have to use it and not waste it! Stop watching Eastenders 4 times a week and do some exercise while cutting out the comfort foods, it is not so hard but it means taking the hard option rather than the easy one!</description>
