Dieting shouldnot be very firm. Diet should be healthy,balanced & nutritive. Exercises shoul;d also be practiced regularly for keeping the body fit & fine.

Dieting alone is not enough to lose weight. Along with it,exercises qccording to requirement of the body is also necessary. Also diet is such that it contains all the necessary nutrients in required amount.
