			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I was shocked the other day when I woke up in the morning and felt a strange sensation.</p>
<p>I looked down&#8230; and my legs were shorter. Then I tried to get up and walk but immediately fell down. What the hey?</p>
<p>Try as I might, all I could do was crawl. So I shimmied over to the bathroom mirror but couldn&#8217;t stand.  Luckily there was a chair so I gingerly grabbed the legs and pulled myself up. Then I crawled on top of the chair and stood up while holding myself up against the wall. What I saw in the mirror shocked me!<span id="more-344"></span></p>
<p>&#8220;Nobody&#8217;s going to believe this!&#8221; I tried to say, but all that came out were meaningless noises. &#8220;I&#8217;ve got to get some proof of this&#8221;, I thought.</p>
<p>I looked down and luckily, saw a camera. So I grabbed it, almost falling down in the process. I set the camera on a timer shot, then sat back, literally exhausted by just getting to the mirror, and in utter disbelief of what I just saw.</p>

<p>You see, I had started taking Resveratrol about a month before. I knew that Resveratrol was the potent life-enhancer and antioxidant found in red wine. The one that&#8217;s been in the news so much lately about how it can almost stop aging in its tracks. But this&#8230; is plain ridiculous!</p>
<p>I mean, I wanted to stay young, but I didn&#8217; t want to go back to having someone change my diapers again!</p>
<p>I started taking Resveratrol because of all the literature and science showing these benefits:</p>
<ul>
<li>Life Extension &#8211; numerous studies show up to a 56% greater life span in vertebrate animals.</li>
<li>Cancer Prevention &#8211; can&#8217;t live a long life with a bunch of cancer cells floating around in your body.</li>
<li>Athletic Performance &#8211; Resveratrol increased activation of the &#8220;Sirtuin 1&#8243; gene (SIRT1). In a study of Finnish adults, those born with certain increased variations of the SIRT1 gene had faster metabolisms, helping them to burn energy more efficiently. It also increases endurance significantly, helpful when crawling on the floor looking for the pacifier.</li>
<li>Neurodegenerative Disease &#8211; Resveratrol significantly reduces plaque formation in the brain, a component of Alzheimers and other neurodegenerative diseases. I just know it helped me remember where I put my blankie.</li>
<li>Raises Free Testosterone Levels in men &#8211; Resveratrol has been found to raise free testosterone levels in men by up to 1000%!. Free testosterone is &#8220;unbound&#8221; testosterone, and is the &#8216;active&#8217; form of testosterone in your body. Helps to promote lean muscle, vitality, and libido. If any of these are lacking you might want to try it.</li>
<li>Aromatase Inhibitor -  Testosterone converts to estrogen in the body. Estrogen, while necessary, is not good in excess amount as it leads to water retention, and makes it harder to lose body fat. Lowering estrogen leads to a tighter look, less bloating, and a much easier time of dieting. Except when it&#8217;s &#8220;bottle time&#8221; as it is now for me&#8230;</li>

<p>So for all these reasons above I HIGHLY recommend you start supplementing right away with Resveratrol.</p>

<p>I got to thinking&#8230;</p>
<p>As you know, I am planning on giving away my Body Maps to Fitness Success. Current giveaway date is Dec 11, 2008. That&#8217;s about 3 weeks away.</p>
<p>My Body Maps are not a fitness program, but are MANDATORY principles anyone must follow if they are to achieve maximum fat loss or fitness success. <p>Here is today&#8217;s (11-18-08) results to date:<br />

1 tablespoon olive oil<br />
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, hot sauce, soy sauce &#8211; anything without calories). No need to limit salt intake here if you like to salt your foods.</p>
<p>Supplements consist primarily of:<br />
Specially formulated blend of Antioxidants<br />
Specially formulated blend of High-Potency B-Vitamins<br />
Ripwire<br />
Branched Chain Amino Acids (a lot!)<br />
Several other esoteric supplements like 7-Keto (I&#8217;ll go into these in detail at a later time).</p>
<p>Then, every 4rd or 4th day my diet consists of (really!):</p>
<p>Pancakes<br />
Haagen-Daazs ice cream<br />
Snickers bars<br />
Rice<br />
Bread<br />
Donuts<br />
Pasta<br />
Ice cream shakes<br />

<p>Amounts? AS MUCH AS I COULD STUFF INTO MY BODY. I averaged 6,500 calories on these days.</p>
<p>Doesn&#8217;t sound right? Doesn&#8217;t sound possible? Doesn&#8217;t sound healthy?</p>
<p>Well&#8230;</p>
<p>The proof is in my fat loss &#8212; so I must be doing something right<br />
As for health, my cholesterol is less than 170, my HDL/LDL ratio is great, my triglycerides are very low, and every indicator of health on a recent bloodwork was exceptional.</p>
<p>I WILL BE HONEST HERE!</p>
<p>The last 3 weeks or so coming up I&#8217;ll be a lot less liberal on the all-you-can-eat junk food days. In fact, I&#8217;ll only have a high carb meal at the end of the day on Monday and Thursday for the next 3 weeks. This is only in order to get to the very low bodyfat levels.</p>
<p>HOWEVER&#8230;.</p>
<p>Remember what I&#8217;ve been eating along the way and still lost all this fat. I&#8217;ve done so NOT in spite of what I&#8217;ve been eating (important!!!), but a result of WHAT I&#8217;ve been eating, INCLUDING all of the junk food. Junk food has ACCELERATED MY FAT LOSS to this point.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Anyhoo, I&#8217;ve made some fairly good gains. My overall result is a 13.3 lb fat loss, combined with a 10 lb muscle gain&#8230; in 14 days.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">In the video above I talk about several of the key factors for why I&#8217;m shedding my fat so quickly. The real deal is I don&#8217;t &#8220;piece-meal&#8221; my program. Before I won the Body For Life contest I never put everything together &#8217;systematically&#8217;, as a whole, as a &#8217;system&#8217; for helping me lose fat. Now I do&#8230; makes all the difference in the world.</p>
