These formerly overweight individuals learned (through personalized coaching) the right ways to get in shape.

I just watched the video interview of the winner and finalists in this past years Biggest Loser contest. They all echo a very similar message, one I’ve been preaching for a very long time. But instead of me telling you, how about they tell you in their own words…
Helen Phillips (winner)- From a size 22 to size 2
