Well, I did it! Completed my  transformation and achieved my goal. These photos below were taken my last week. The photos outside were taken in Vermont (it was about 35 degrees outside when I took these photos), and the ones in the bathroom were taken while in California on business but they coincided with my final 49th day.

My final numbers:

Body fat loss = 24 lbs

Lean muscle gain = 19 lbs

Body fat dropped from 16.9% at the start, to as low as 5.0% (has fluctuated from 5 to 6% over the last week).

Funny how when you reach a goal you want “just a little more”. Although very happy with my results, I’m going to try for a little more tightness around my waist, in particular my lower back.

Anyway, here are the photos.

And, due to a technical hitch (my web programmer didn’t come through for me), I’m going to have to delay the launch of my Body Maps until next week. Planned date is now Dec 18th.

It’s now 35 days into my 49-day transformation. I measured at 6.7% bodyfat this morning. This equals a 20 lb fat loss. I promise you the videos will be posted. I still have some from several days ago to put up.

I got to thinking…

As you know, I am planning on giving away my Body Maps to Fitness Success. Current giveaway date is Dec 11, 2008. That’s about 3 weeks away.

Day 24 Body Transformation Results

Results after 24 Days on my “Program”. Video is about 3 minutes long. How I lost 16 lbs of fat and gained 12 lbs of muscle in 24 days.
