“I started my interest in fat loss and weight maintenance in Medical School 25 years ago. I tried a number of weight maintenance/weight loss products back then because I had gained 20 pounds during Medical school. Goal Reached!

Did I reach my goal?
Measured my bodyfat this morning and I was at 5.3%.
In 1998 when I won the Body For Life contest I got down to 5.6%.
It’s exactly 10 years later (I’m now 49) and the digital bodyfat calipers I used don’t lie. Neither do the photos (forthcoming – I’m traveling in California and will upload for you on Monday)
Ladies and Gentlemen…
I can honestly say it was easy, and very pleasurable losing 25 lbs of bodyfat over the last 49 days. Imagine not depriving yourself, not having hunger pangs, doing some “great” things for your body and health through the foods you eat and the supplements you take. And then… being able to literally have your cake too by eating your favorite foods every 3rd or 4th day? And knowing that eating those foods (ice cream, cake, cookies, bread, rice, potatoes, pancakes, etc) are actually HELPING YOU LOSE FAT QUICKER?!?
This IS… the NIRVANA of losing fat. In fact, humbly I declare my methods are REVOLUTIONARY in their ability to get you into the BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE… QUICKLY… EASILY… PLEASURABLY… AND W-I-T-H-O-U-T DEPRIVING YOURSELF OF YOUR FAVORITE FOODS.
Imagine this scenario…
You’re at work, everyone knows you’ve been losing fat because they can “see” it happening right before their eyes. Almost forgot… I made a SUPER IMPORTANT DISCOVERY just today. Look out for my post on this tomorrow. I realized a supplement I was taking for health… actually helped my lose fat quicker. I’m actually dumbfounded by what I found. I’ll do a whole write up on it hopefully by tomorrow, at the latest by Sunday.
