Day 24 Body Transformation Results
ByResults after 24 Days on my “Program”. Video is about 3 minutes long. How I lost 16 lbs of fat and gained 12 lbs of muscle in 24 days.

I was using the accu-measure calipers from accu-fitness. But now that I’m at a lower bodyfat level, I wanted more accuracy so I got their digital version called the Fat Track II. It’s awesome.
