An Opportunity For You To Get Personal Body Transformation Help…From Me!
ByIt’s now 35 days into my 49-day transformation. I measured at 6.7% bodyfat this morning. This equals a 20 lb fat loss. I promise you the videos will be posted. I still have some from several days ago to put up.
I got to thinking…
As you know, I am planning on giving away my Body Maps to Fitness Success. Current giveaway date is Dec 11, 2008. That’s about 3 weeks away.
My Body Maps are not a fitness program, but are MANDATORY principles anyone must follow if they are to achieve maximum fat loss or fitness success. If you don’t follow them, or don’t know about them, your chances of success are slim to none. I’ve shown my Body Maps to a couple of experts in the industry and they thought I was crazy giving away such valuable information. Said I could easily sell it for over a hundred dollars.
Anyway, please mark your calendars for Dec 11th as that will be when I’ll be giving away a limited number of my Body Maps to Fitness Success.
I also plan to offer my fitness program as well for a special price, and for the first 75 people that sign up I will personally coach for free. I’ve never done this before, and I thought it was high time I gave back in some way…
I also have a way for you to get RIPWIRE before anyone else, so look for that on launch day too. Finally, I’ve put together a couple of supplements you MUST have in order to form the “base” of your supplement pyramid. Without these “essential” nutrients in your plan you might as well stay in bed. I take them EVERY day, and usually, with every meal. I’ll be offering these proprietary custom formulations (that are not offered anywhere yet) only on launch day (Dec 11th) and only to you.
Here’s another way I also want to give back…
Sometimes I lose sight of the things that are important for people trying to get in shape. I just concentrate on the “nuts and bolts” of how to get in shape without asking for some of the reasons why you want to get in shape in the first place. And I really want to know because it motivates and drives me to help more people.
So here’s a real opportunity for you to get the whole shebang, my fitness program (printed version even), my professionally made Exercise Companion DVD, the Accu-Measure bodyfat calipers, and a specially made pair of grips that makes my exercise routines possible. Without them you just won’t get the same kind of results. I’ll also provide a once per week FREE consultation session so I can tweak your results so you get the fastest results in the least time and effort.
Here’s what I ask from you in exchange…
I want you to tell me why it’s important for you to get in shape… in 250 words or less.
I’ll draw 3 winners (I will use my own personal criteria from which to choose the winners) from the comments here on my blog, give them my program above, my DVD, Grips, and Bodyfat Calipers, and a personal, one-on-one weekly consultation with me for 8 weeks.
I can guarantee if you’re struggling to get a new body, I can get you there quickly and simply.
So…
What’s important to you about changing your body and getting in shape?
Provide me your answers by commenting here. And I’ll hopefully see YOU in the winners circle!

Hi Harry,
Thanks again for your willingness to help others get healthy. It is a wonderful example of giving back and I really do appreciate it.
I am a 28-year old mother of three. My kids are ages 4, 2 and 7 months. With three little ones who need me for a large majority of things, I don’t always have the time or energy to take care of myself. Health is a big priority for me, but I could use a lot more guidance in the best way to stay in shape and live a long life!
Not only am I the mother of three wonderful children, but I am the wife of a professional basketball player. We have been married for 6 ½ years and lived in 6 states in the U.S. and 5 foreign countries. It is a lot to keep up with the constant moving and supportive role of a wife to a professional athlete.
I want to be a wife and mother that my family is proud of. They are a great blessing to me, and I want to serve them and love them as best as I can by being fit and healthy. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to read your blog and learn from you. And for the chance to write about how blessed I am. Sometimes re-counting my blessing sis one of the greatest health exercises I can engage in!
Sincerely,
Erin Crispin

Hi Harry,
To be honest, I don’t know if you can help me. I’m 45, single, was downsized from work in 2005, got injured at work in 2005 and have had a long battle back to really even caring about my health and well-being.
I had moved back home, after I had surgery in 2005, and am partially disabled because of my work injury.
I’ve had a long drawn out process of trying to get a lot that I’ve lost back.
I had to hire an attorney (back in 05), and this year finally got to see a pain specialist & start physical therapy. That was over 4 month’s ago, and I’ve gone from 15 min. on a exercise bike, to an hour using a yoga ball.
Can you help me…truthfully I don’t know, but I’m willing to try if you are. My finances are zero (yep, that’s the truth), but God has provided many unexpected angels in my life to get through all this.
I’ll always have pain, but it’s what I choose to do with it and manage it that matters now.

Mr. Harry,
I think that it is great that you are giving back to your readership. I would like to throw my hat in the ring for consideration as well.
I have already started a body transformation of sorts. I joined the local Crossfit affiliate because I was unhappy with being so out of shape. I was also diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. The doctor said that the best treatment in my case was to lose weight as I tend to accumulate fat around my throat. So three and a half months later I have dropped 15 pounds and packed on good bit of muscle in the process.
I struggle with my diet at times and get too bogged down with counting calories, fat grams etc… I need help in this area for sure. So I am hoping for some coaching in this area as it seems to be a major impediment to losing the last bit of body fat. I am thinking I need to lose another 15 pounds and I will be golden.
My stats 37 M 213# 6′2″ body fat %?
Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Harry,
I am in great need of your help and motivation. Over the past year I have put on 20 pounds of body fat and I have lost my drive and desire to work out. I am finding myself becoming more and more depressed with little desire to interact with people due to my weight struggle. I know deep down that I can turn this around if I could get motivated as I have proven to myself in the past that I am capable of being fit and strong.
Despair is setting in. A close friend of mine joined Weight Watchers about 6 weeks ago and I am starting to see significant changes for her. I am envious and I need help! I know with some strict coaching I could get back on track and show some progress toward a healthy weight. Please show me the way…
I am 5′5″, 172lbs, body fat HIGH!

I Want to Live My Life Out Loud!
Hi Harry!
I have a life that I absolutely love…Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness (as my career and passion).
I’m missing ONE thing – a body that helps me fulfill the legacy I want to create every day for my family, my friends, and everyone else with whom I come in contact.
You see, I’ve been working in the health and fitness field for 20+ years. I had a great body at one time…that feels like light years ago. I taught up to 12 aerobic classes a week. I could work all hours of the day, get by on 5 hours of sleep a night, and still have so much energy that it could light up the city I live in.
Bit by bit, that control and hold on my body has slipped through my fingertips. Poorer food choices, a continuous inward guilt trip about how I should look as a role model, and age have contributed to a soft and lumpy body that is hiding a lot of muscle underneath.
When I read your e-mail yesterday, I made a choice.
I turn 50 in 2010. I want to own every aspect of my life, including the best body that I could ever dream of having. While this may sound like vanity, believe me, it’s not.
It’s about motivating women who are 40+ that they can do ANYTHING they set their mind to. If they make the intentional choice to live their life out loud and with the goal of achieving the greater good – to be able to help others do the same with their life and health!
My goals for 2009? Simple. Transform my body into a fitness model physique – but remain a real, warm, and passionate person in the process. Compete in my first figure competition in ‘09 and win. Create as many opportunities as I can to give back to others as I have been blessed to receive.
Thank you for your consideration.
In Health!
Kim Busscher
P.S. I know this way exceeds the 250 words…

Hi Harry,
Thanks for all the great info that you have been sharing about weight loss and body transformation. I am 36yrs old and have been overweight for majority of my life. My main reason outside of better health; I want to enjoy my life with my husband and my children. And to be able to do things together and not just watch them have fun. It is a blessing that I do not have high blood pressure, arthritis or diabetes. But all three of things are in my family. I have been dieting for a number of years. To date I have lost close to 65lbs this year. But like in the past when I went on diets I would get close to 250lbs and it seems like the fat on my body refuses to let go and allow me to go below this weight. So I constantly get discouraged. But this year is different I have been at 250-254lbs this past month and I am determined to not lose this fight. It is hard. That is why I have been constantly searching for healthy ways to fight this fight. And of course I can do it the old fashion way but it just gets hard sometimes. So if your program can help me one day to actually see muscle definition on MY body. This will be like an IMPOSSIBLE dream come true.

Hi Harry,
I turn 40 this year and I’m dreading it! I am at the heaviest I’ve been in my entire life and I really give up. I’ve been on every diet out there and never made it to goal. I need help desperately. I want to live my life instead of sitting on the sidelines. Can you help me???

Good morning Harry……this is Sammie in Melbourne beach fl…….we talked to you about 10 years ago…I had Polio when I was 4 years old…..I am now 60 years old and very much over weight and in a ton of pain because of the Polio and being over weight. my biggest problem is that I am very restrictive to the amount of Exercise that my body will let me do….it affects my joints and muscles to the point that my pain level goes up over 10 and I end up in a bed for a week or two trying to recover. if there is anything you can do for me it would be very appreciated…..thank you Sammie

Hey Harry,
Your results astound me, and I look forward to 11th Dec 08 when you release some more information. Not sure if you wanting to know of some of the (more) issues faced but perhaps its similar to someone else’s situation as well and can help.
One of the biggest problems with me has been consistent sleep (student studying full time with little cash can be stressful at times), now some supplements can help but sometimes its just full on.
Knowing the best supplement combination to invest in, at times I have just bought all that sounded good and although I did get results, sometimes I think some of those supplements just wasted valuable money resources which could have been spent on food.
One other thing is that I do train quite hard (thought I do have periods of time-off when re-organising for the new year), but sometimes I can overdo my cardio or lower body workouts and end up in quite allot of pain(lower back and leg tension, yes I do stretch allot) for a few days making it very very hard to get back into leg exercise (cardio etc,.. essential for fat loss for my problem areas).
So hopefully with your 49 day information I can find some new light on some of these issues(and others), and remove some confusion a bit.

Eight years ago, I got a job in call center hell with a side bonus of what I like to call “receptionist butt.” I spent eight hours a day sitting with Dr. Pepper and snacking to deal with the stress of jerks yelling at me on the phone. Between the job and having three kids, I’ve learned some pretty bad habits. After spending my last pregnancy eating pie, I’ve lost the job and joined the Y. I’m trying to learn to eat healthier and exercise to set a good example for my kids. It’s important that we start to consume things that resemble *real* food and step *away* from the video games.

Harry,
I wish I had some sob story to offer, but honestly I do not. I used to be 189lbs and 10% body fat. Ah how times change. I am up to 214. So why is getting in shape important to me? I used to think it was about feeling good about my looks but that was before I learned what is really important in life. I really do not look at it as getting into shape. I want to be healthy. My daughter is 2 years old. I worry about what would happen to her and my wife if I have a heart attack or get some other chronic illness that could take me from them. Yet it is not only being able to be there for my family that motivates me to become healthier. I want to show my daughter firsthand the hard work, dedication, satisfaction and lifetime benefit of taking care of your body. On a wider level I want to help other people realize this as well. But as they say, in order to help others you must first help yourself. I am working out 2-4 times a week but I know with a little guidance I can make some real progress. So here I am asking for your help. Help me Harry Johnson Jr. You’re my only hope! Sorry I could not resist that line.

Hey Harry! I have only been following your blog for a short while but I’ve found the information here very inspirational and helpful. I have been struggling my entire life with my weight. I was one of those girls that wore the oversized t-shirts to all the pool parties and always just a little bigger than my friends. I hid in the wings while my skinnier friends enjoyed the dances and birthday parties. Now, as I approach my 40th birthday in April, I feel like it’s more important than ever to get control over my health. I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful kids that keep me running 24/7. So why am I still fat? I feel like I’ve been mis-informed for so long that now I just don’t know what’s right and what will work. I hit the gym 5 days a week and I’m just not seeing the results I feel like I should be getting from all of my hard work. I need a step-by-step road map to success to, once and for all, be the fit, sexy woman I have always wanted to be. I dread growing old with a roly poly figure and succumbing to all the illnesses that advancing age and obesity ultimately bring. I especially want to be able to throw out all those oversized t-shirts I still use to cover my body in the summer and flaunt my figure in a bikini next summer!

Hey Harry!! Happy Thanksgiving!! I hope that all is well with you and yours!
I must say that I am really enjoying watching your transformation! With that said, I was wondering if you had or were planning on releasing an updated version of your diet and nutrition plan? What I mean is that I purchased your amazing fatloss formula a few years back and in that manual you were only scratching the surface or should I say that you only briefly mentioned the way of eating that you have been showing in your videos. I was just wondering if you had a new version available that has this style of eating in because I am very interested in trying it!!
All the best!!

Hello. I got your email and logged on because you sparked my interest. I would love to be one of the three to receive your free program. I used to be a “fitness freak” and had lost 60 pounds, and kept it off for a very long time, until I developed Fibromyalgia and arthritis in all my joints. I have gained 70 pounds in the past 10 years and feel awful, fatigued, and ashamed that I look like this. My energy level is zero. I NEED someone to help me. I have went on a few diets and even joined CURVES. It took me a year to lose 10 pounds. I am on an antidepressant, two different muscle relaxers, thryroid medication and a pain patch with two different inhalers. I want off all this medication. I know it not good for me. I also have alot of pain in my knees from carrying all this extra weight. I have filed for Social Security and have no funds to buy your program, or else I would! Please help me Harry.
November 26th, 2008 at 10:22 am
Where to start??? I am 46 years old. I used to be in great shape . In 2002 I had knee surgery. In 2003 I had a hysterectomy. In 2004 I was diagnosed with COPD. In 2006 I was diagnosed with depression and RLS. I lost my job in 2007. I take tons of meds(it seeems like) Since all of this has happened I have went from 120-125 to 172 pounds and a size 5-7 to 12-16. I was working out for a while and it was helping, now I have no energy or motivation to do anything. This program sounds like it is for someone like me. I want to desperately get back into shape and feel better. I have grown kids and a granddaughter that I love totally. They hate seeing their mom this way. I really feel like your program would really help me. Please help me
November 26th, 2008 at 12:25 pm
Hi Harry,
I have been hesitant in responding to your program request because I’m not really sure if you can help me. Please do not take this negatively, I have tried many other programs over the years and have always been disappointed. Here is my condensed history, from this you can decide if you are really up to the challenge of making my goal come true. At the age of 52, 5′3, and 178 lbs, I had a heart attack that lleft my life style completely in shock. After going to the doctor and being put on medications I was told I was overweight and needed to exercise if I didn’;t want to follow the family trend. So began my quest to achieve my goal of a healthy body and physique that I never had before. Within the first year I lost 43 pounds and started to put on a little muscle. But the muscle building part was a very, very slow process. Infact, so slow that my doctor again thought something was wrong. Sure enough, I was diagnosed with Secondary hypogonadism, where my test levels at that time were of a 75 yr old man. I was then put on Test replacement therapy. This seem to be my turning point in my dream. I then began to gain muscle and was slowly weaned off all my meds (blood pressure, colesterol, etc.). At this point in my life I take no meds at all. That was 7 yrs ago. I have now reached a point where my body fat has dropped significantly and to this day I am proud to say I have visible abs and have been asked by a promoter to consider entering a senior body competion (Mr Buffalo) next year. This is where I think you could help me. I need to gain some size and lean mass and bring my body fat level down to 10% or less. I am currently at around 12% at 152 lbs. What you have explained in your videos seems to be exactly what I need to fulfill this dream. If I am considered I know I will always be an advocate and promoter of your program. Thanks for listening, Guy.

Good morning Harry,
First I have to say the journey into your fat loss challenge is very intriguing and passionating! It almost defies all studies, blogs, articles, videos, testimonials I have read about and tried. I am a 35 yr-old male, married, 2 kids, and have a full-time day job with a large automobile company in Tennessee. So far, your average Joe, right? Since my youngest years, I’ve always been involved in sports. For a while playing basketball, and then hitting the weight room and fitness floor on a regular basis for the past 10 years. For the longest time, I considered myself in good shape (comparing to my coworkers! LOL!) weighting around 200 lbs for 5′10” body frame (I guessed I was about 25% BF). Not until the past 2 years, I guess you can call it mid-life crisis, I started to increase my knowledge of the body: Read a ton of articles, magazines, followed several fitness coach’s programs, joined a local elite gym , applied principles of eating healthier foods, and you name it… After 2 successful and motivated 12-week body fat loss challenges, I am now at a healthy 180lbs and I considered myself being 12%-14% BF. I usually workout at work during my lunch hour and I cannot be more happy when people are noticing the change and ask me how I did it. For many of them who are struggling on the treadmills, I am almost a genie for having lost closed to 25 lbs. I have to say though. Internally, I am still not satisfied. No matter what I’ve been trying, reading and dieting for the single digit BF, I can’t seem to achieve my ultimate body dream and see my 6-pack abs. I have been through many many websites where fitness experts guarantee their programs work, but what is the chance that the results they obtained can be duplicated on the average Joe who is married, have a family, and a full-time job seating at a desk? How long can I keep trying before I finally give up? When I came through your blog, I found your approach to fat loss unique and very very interesting. I’ve been everyday waiting for your updates and I have to say you’re doing a fantastic job teasing us! LOL! So why would you chose me for testing your program?
- I am very passionate about the fitness culture, trying to get the best body upthere, and be a healthy individual
- I have a realistic set goal in mind and know I am fully motivated to see that 6-pack (I envy you)!
- I want to prove that finally a fitness professional (you!) has developed the utimate “formula” to fat loss and can be applicable to the average person, and it is not just another BS program
- If selected, I’ll do my best to follow your formula. If I am successful, I will definitely be an ambassador to your program. You just don’t realize how many people I come accross today who are desperate to find the no BS formula
- And last, I am having FUN! I can’t wait to experience those carb replenishment days so I can walk in again in a Dunkin’ Donuts shop and eat 6 bavarian creme bagels…
Again, I am very impressed and still amazed by your results at 49 yrs-old. Very well done Harry!

In my rush hour to give some feedback I forgot to put in my answer to the following question. Heh…
Q: What’s important to you about changing your body and getting in shape?
A: A couple short reasons why I feel I MUST commit to changing my body and getting into optimal shape.
One which is very important to me is to be a living example to others, so that I can help friends and family achieve their desired fitness goals possible.
Secondly I am doing body (physique) building for myself foremost to boost self-esteem and crush a those few lingering self-confidence issues I have had for much of my life, for me its about changing my life path towards a more positive slight edge above the normal so that I may feel confidence within myself to achieve my best in other aspects of my life.
As a end note, I kinda related to you Harry from way back when you did the BFL program because of your comments about how you knew how to get into shape but had long term commitment issues and never sustained your optimal fitness over time. I’m sorta similar, thought I do not have years of fitness training like you, but I do know how to train very hard and correctly with the aid of the wild physique book, and I just know that with your help I will be able to piece together a long term sustainable fit for good program for myself, and I aren’t afraid of doing that little bit of extra work to the get results that matter, no matter the obstacle(s) faced.

Jarrard Lowe

Why you should choose me?
Since I turned the tender age of 25 every year I have slowly added more fat to my frame. Long ago are the days of high school when I was 5’10” 125 lbs dripping wet. Now I am 37 and 210lbs. Not grossly obese, but unhealthy weight for my height. Over the last 5 year s I have tried numerous programs from lo-carb dieting, weight watchers, personal training and other online programs. I always start off great; lose weight, but the end result is always the same. I gain it back after a while being overly restrictive to binging for too long. Having a horrible history of family heart problems, so fitness and a healthy lifestyle is extremely important to me. Not to mention the direct correlation with my back, neck and knee problems. I do exercise on a regular basis, but no results to be proud of. So other than having results to be proud of I think the number one reason why you should choose me is the same reasoning you are doing this. I want to pay it forward. I want to be and inspiration, a mentor for those around me who are seeking to break the chains of the fitness roller coaster that we all have ridden on one too many times. Stop the ride, I want to get off!

Hi Harry,
Thank you for sharing your experiences and wisdom with us, and giving three people the opportunity to change their bodies and lives! I hope I am lucky enough to benefit from your generosity. I am a 28 year old single female, 5’5” and 135 lbs. I just finished my PhD and moved to Atlanta, GA to start a great job. However, I’m very unhappy with myself and my life. About 8 years ago, while competitively running cross country in college, I was diagnosed with a horrible eating disorder, exercise bulimia and slight anorexia. After receiving treatment, I then became a compulsive eater and ballooned to a horrific 175 lbs. After 5 years of struggling with this, I thought I had my eating problems under control, but the compulsive overeating has returned. I am determined not to let this become an obsession again. I once was a fit, confident girl with a svelte body from running and weight training, but my obsession with eating has forced exercise to feel like punishment instead of great enjoyment. I want to feel the ripped abs and that confidence again, and most importantly, I want to regain control of my life. I want to be able to enjoy my youth instead of hiding inside because I am ashamed of what I look like. Please help me regain the confidence I once had to leave my apartment and enjoy life. There is so much to live for, and I want to do it now before I look back with regret. Thanks for your consideration and good luck in your final weeks!

Harry,
All I have to say is WOW! I have been an athlete all my life and pretty dedicated to going to the gym and eating right. Unfortunately my body has never reflected my efforts. My upper body usually responds pretty well, but my lower body always looks as if I live on pizza and ice cream. Even after two marathons. Although to others I appear the picture of self confidence, the extreme dissatisfaction I have with my appearance leaves me full of self doubt.
I am not extremely overweight like some of the persons who have responded, but I DO have the dedication, the drive and the same frustrations.
My stats are: 35 (almost 36) yo female, 5′8″ 159 lbs.
Than you so much for your consideration and your dedication

Hi Harry,
I recently found your blog and I have to say your transformation is unbelievable.
I am 22 years old and have been a fat boy since I can remember. During most of my youth I have probably been about 25% body fat with very little muscle. I was the worst at sports and always came in last for everything. This took a huge emotional toll on me (though at the time I didn’t realize it) and ultimately resulted in me having low self-esteem and no confidence. My experiences in childhood have left me extremely reserved and unable to socialize. Since my mid teens, I have been trying to lose weight but it has been a struggle and I wasn’t very motivated.
Since July of this year I have really gotten serious about losing weight as I finally came to understand that the major factor behind my psychological problems was my body. I am very self-conscious and deep down have never been happy with my body or my physical performance in sports even though I didn’t want to admit it for a long time. I have tried a lot of different diets and training methods and have lost some weight but now I am what you would call “skinny fat”. I am 5’11, approximately 150 lbs, and I would guess 16-17% body fat.
My goal is to reach 6-7% bodyfat and subsequently gain muscle while staying lean. So, the reason I want to get in shape is to boost my self-esteem, confidence, and have a feeling of achievement so that I can finally live a normal and healthy life. I appreciate your consideration.
Sincerely,
Aziz

Hi Harry,
Congrats on the transformation. Phenomenal Results. I’d like to be one of the people you personally mentor. Why? As a former professional baseball player I have been hanging around 14% Body fat and 200lbs. In my playing days I was 195 with 6% Body Fat. I’m 34 years old.
It has been 8 years since I stopped playing and I still exercise regularly with Yoga, running and Bodyweight exercises, however I have been unable to get rid of that final 10 – 15 lbs. I recently got up to 210 with 18% body fat (while my wife was pregnant and needed an eating partner for her cravings), and shed all of that excess over the past 3 months after our baby was born.
Right now I am at 189 lbs and 13% Body fat. My goal Body fat is 6% again by March 1st 2009. I am fed up with carrying around this extra couple of inches on my waist ad want that six pack back. I would love to use your system to acheive the results as you have proven in front of the world that it works and you can successfully cut-up quickly. I am a Tony Robbins fan and believe in the theory of modelling some-one successful to acheive the same results. You have proven that your system works and works well. I want in. I am coachable and will succeed with your system when you show me how to unlock the fat burning secrtes you have discovered over your many years of training.
I look forward to being a part of the team.
Glenn

Hi Harry, Ive been following through on your progress from the start to finish. I do say your program and body maps sure work great with the right diet and exercise. I started bodybuilding back in 1980 or sooner and kept up until i got married and had children. So at 48 im only alittle out of shape, im still exercising and working out once a week. I remember when you won your first contest Harry and it put a spark in my heart,to bodybuild even harder for competition. Seeing you trnsform again gave me another spark to start again. But this time i need help the exercise and cardio, weightlifting is not a problem its the dieting. Ive tryed alot of different diets and only loose water no body fat. With my generative disc disease i have to exercise every day or i will be crippled for life. So having the oppertunity to loose body fat and gain more muscle is like a dream for me. The diets for bodybuilding have changed some over the years. Harry you look good and when you said you were going to do it i had no dought. My wife and i are very interested in looking and feeling good again. Like i said in one of my earlier comments maybe some of us can do a before and after photo and get you published in muscle and fittness to help sell your product. Its a great thing your doing for people, that comes from the heart, God bless and keep up the good work buddy. Your still the CHAMP
