If someone told you that you could extend your life by 10-20 years by spending 30 minutes a day on something, would you set the time aside? Well, I truly believe that is the case with exercise which I faithfully put in my appointment book four times a week as an appointment with myself. As you say, make it a routine just like brushing your teeth.</description>
