Hello all,

I’ve been posting so much lately about how much I love snickers bars and Haagen-Daazs ice cream you would think I had some kind of ulterior motive up my sleeve.

Well…

I do….

But…

It’s not what you think…

Here’s the deal…

We live in a world where we have these wonderfully great-tasting foods that we humans invented. Unfortunately, eating these foods all the time (like Snickers bars and Haagen-Daazs ice cream) will get you real fat, and real unhealthy.

Most of want to get in shape & have nice looking bodies. So we diet and diet, and slave away at the gym.

The sad part is…

Most of it results in failure to get the body you want.

Why?

One big reason is you “fall off the wagon.” You deprive yourself of your favorite foods thinking “it’s the only way I’ll ever lose my gut.” This inevitably leads you to an “I can’t take it any more” feeling and you blow your diet (faulty in the first place, mind you). Then your “inner voice” kicks in and you think you’ve blown your chances of ever having the kind of body you want, and you quit…

sometimes for good.

My friends…

It doesn’t have to be that way.

There is a way to literally “have your cake and eat it too”.

So, after my “chow down” of snickers bars and pint of Haagen-Dazs and 1,200 calories of sugar (I took Muscle-Tech’s Cell-Tech product which consists of nothing but pure dextrose (sugar) – 300 grams of sugar worth) 2 days ago, what would you imagine my result is today?

Here’s my progress after 7 days:

10/17/08 (Day 1 of challenge):

10/23/08 (Day 7 of challenge):

Summary: 10 lb weight loss, 9.6 lbs of it being pure fat.

So far, so good. Thank Goodness for the RIPWIRE… it’s been a lifesaver.

This somewhat comical, but nonetheless VERY REAL STRATEGY FOR LOSING WEIGHT FAST is a must see. You’ll be very heartened by what I talk about here as it relates to eating your favorite junk foods. Mine are Snickers bars (the King Sized version), and Ice Cream.
